Your New Role :
As our Quality Assurance Representative , you’ll be the voice of Wisler to our customers after the dust has settled and the work is done.
Your role is critical making sure that every single customer feels valued and ensuring they’re left with a smile on their face.
You’ll be the final touch that turns good service into unforgettable service.
- Customer Engagement : You’ll reach out to every customer within 30 minutes of job completion, ensuring they’re happy with the service, recording their feedback, and identifying any areas where we can improve.
- Detailed Record-Keeping : You’ll maintain precise records of every interaction, tracking key details in our system to ensure that no stone goes unturned.
- Feedback Reporting : You’ll report directly to the Customer Service Manager, ensuring that all critical feedback is conveyed to the right people for swift action.
- Team Support : When needed, you’ll assist the Contact Center with scheduling and additional customer callbacks.

Job Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Competence in Excel and data tracking software
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Must be organized and possess strong follow-through skills
- Must thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
