Your New Role
As our IT and Training Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our technical and training operations, ensuring every team member is fully equipped and empowered from day one. Based in Rocky Mount, VA, your job is to solve problems fast, coordinate like a pro, and keep the team connected and compliant.
Handle setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance for all tech—including phones, computers, iPads, and other devices
Resolve common IT issues in-house and coordinate with vendor/IT partners for bigger ones
Prepare new hires by ensuring all their tech and software is ready by their start date
Manage and coordinate training calendars across all departments
Track and help maintain safety incident records and data reporting
Be the connective tissue between people, process, and technology

1–2 years of experience in IT coordination, training coordination, or administrative tech supportHigh School Diploma or equivalent
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (certification preferred)
Solid understanding of various tech systems, including phones, tablets, and device management
Organizational skills that border on superpower level
Experience coordinating with outside IT support vendors is a plus
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and assessments including the Culture Index and TTI
