Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers
- Monitor and evaluate resident responses to treatment
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
