Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, operating machinery, masonry, drainage and groundskeeping, along with excellent leadership skills. This role involves supervising team members, ensuring high-quality work, and managing various landscaping projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient operations.
• Build and maintain garden structures such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all landscaping activities.
• Train team members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
