For the New York Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of alumni programs and team;
- Partner with key stakeholders across practices and offices to identify opportunities for alumni outreach;
- Responsible for maintaining an overseeing content on the alumni website;
- Manage budget and innovative delivery of best in class alumni initiatives;
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Attorney, Development, and HR;
- Strategically leverage technology and social media to maintain strong relationship with key alumni.
Qualifications include:
- Required Bachelor's degree plus 10 years experience in a law firm or other professional services;
- Strong experience and track record on leading successful projects with high degree of quality, speed and flexibility for change to support Firm-wide initiatives;
- Strong writing abilities across multiple platforms and excellent verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment;
- Consistently demonstrates thought leadership, and the creation and implementation of best practices aligned with the firm's goals and objectives;
- Strong technological skills; including InterAction, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Salary : $240,000 - $270,000
