Wisper Internet is expanding. With offices located in Illinois and Missouri, we are a leading wireless high-speed internet provider in the Midwest. We provide reliable service, focusing on rural and outlying communities.
Salary: Base salary commission (potential to earn up to $100,000 annual compensation)
Hours: 40-45 hours per week, flexible scheduling, nights and weekends as needed
Overnight travel: up to 50% in network travel
Wisper Internet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Door to Door Sales Manager to lead our sales team in selling wireless internet services in Missouri, Illinois and surrounding states.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of being a D2D closer, as well as the ability to build and manage a high performance sales team of 6-10 individual sales agents throughout our footprint. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales and the desire to train and maintain their sales team with the knowledge they have earned in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership - lead, motivate and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals for internet services
- Team Building and Recruitment - Actively recruit, train and develop new sales representatives
- Performance Management - monitor and evaluate team performance
- Closing Sales - Utilize your closing expertise to assist in closing deals, teaching how to overcome objections and manage negotiations
- Reporting and Analytics - as the Director you will be responsible for ensuring your team delivers on their metrics and you are able to report that to senior management
- Preparing leads for engagement - deliver serviceable addresses in strategic areas to your team to ensure sales success
Requirements
- Prior Door to Door sales experience is a must
- Must live or be willing to relocate within the Wisper footprint. Teams will primarily be in Southern Missouri and Southern Illinois, St. Louis or Kansas City areas are acceptable, no Chicago
- Overnight travel will be required - your position will need to move around the Wisper footprint in MO and IL frequently to ensure your teams are successful. Likely travel 50%
- Current Driver's License
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
- Must pass a background check, MVR & drug screen
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities
- Work is performed both inside an office at a desk and outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical Requirements: X- Light: Lifting 0-10 lbs.
Must be able to pass a Background Check, Motor Vehicle record check and a Drug Screen panel successfully.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
