Pay: $18-$21/hour
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, overtime as needed, rotating weekend shifts, after hours on call

Your role as a Maintenance Tower Tech Tier
As a Full-Time Maintenance Tower Tech Tier at Wisper ISP, you will engage in thrilling challenges, climbing towers up to 1,000 feet to install and maintain advanced wireless internet equipment and camera systems. Your responsibilities will include expertly mounting internet equipment, relaying data cables, and ensuring that all devices are connected seamlessly. You will also install battery backups and grounding systems to ensure optimal performance of our equipment.
Preparation for installation will be key, as will adhering to training protocols and safety briefings. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service, while also being ready to tackle other duties as directed. Are you the Maintenance Tower Tech Tier we're looking for?
To excel as a Full-Time Maintenance Tower Tech Tier at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess a diverse skill set and a commitment to safety and professionalism. A valid driver's license is essential, as you'll need to be eligible for the company auto insurance policy. Successful candidates must be prepared to complete necessary tower training within 90 days of hire and maintain certifications in line with industry standards. The ability to climb towers up to 1,000 feet is critical, so physical fitness and a comfort with heights are required.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to be added to the Company auto insurance policy
- Ability to climb towers up to 1000 ft.
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule & work after normal business hours & weekends as needed
- Travel within the network as needed by department
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
