Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving:
- – Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- – Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documentation is complete.
- – Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Inventory Management:
- – Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- – Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- – Assist with inventory organization and storage, ensuring optimal use of space.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- – Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory movements.
- – Prepare and submit reports on shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as required.
- – Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Communication and Coordination:
- – Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to shipments or inventory.
