1st Shift CNC Machine Operator II (3 & 5 Axis) – Grafton, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Location: Grafton, WI
Compensation: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator II to handle 3 & 5 Axis machining with high precision ( /- 0.0005). Responsibilities include fixturing, tool setup, inspection, and machining complex parts. This is not a production rolebut involves developing processes and optimizing setups.
Requirements:
✔ 3-6 years of CNC machining experience (High School Diploma or GED required)
✔ Strong knowledge of blueprints, G & M code, feeds & speeds
✔ Experience with Mitsubishi & Heidenhain Controls (preferred)
✔ Ability to work with ferrous & non-ferrous materials
✔ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs & stand for 7-8 hours per shift
