About the Role:
As a NAPA Parts Counter Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, assisting them in locating the right auto parts using our electronic catalog. This position is ideal for someone with a deep appreciation for the automotive world and a knack for customer service and sales. Your role will include engaging with customers in-store, over the phone, or online, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in identifying the right parts they need for their vehicles.
- Utilize our electronic catalog to retrieve accurate, up-to-date parts information.
- Communicate product features and warranty policies effectively.
- Process transactions, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Stock shelves, pull parts for customers, and maintain the stockroom.
- Deliver parts to off-site customers when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily.
- At least one year of experience working at a parts counter.
- Automotive background or knowledge is a MUST.
