What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Wissota Chophouse De Pere?
- Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant
- Have a professional and positive demeaner at all times
- Take guests to table, bring water and go over drink menus with guests
- Let servers know when they have a table
- Let bartenders know when guests with reservations sit at bar prior to dining
- Answer phone promptly and take reservations or answer questions
- Use iPad and Open Table to take/change reservations and accommodate guests
- Clean and reset tables in a timely manner after guests have left
- Come to work in a clean, proper uniform abiding by company standards
- Abide by all sanitation and safety policies and procedures
- Help FOH staff in anyway needed - including but not limited to bussing tables, keeping water glasses full, resetting tables or assisting guests in any way.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
