Purpose of Position: The newly opened Wissota Chophouse attached to the Cobblestone Hotel is looking for a dishwasher. . The restaurant is open weekdays 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Dishwasher
Purpose of Position: To maintain an orderly dishwashing area and to coordinate with fellow employees an efficient flow of dishes, silver, glass, etc. through the dishwasher machine.
Essential Functions (but not limited to):
1. Abide by all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
2. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in brand manual, and ownership employee handbook.
3. Answer, report and follow supervisor’s instructions.
4. Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
5. Come each shift properly dressed in the uniform, well-groomed, and hair pulled back.
6. Complete all side work, cleaning tasks, and all other duties assigned by supervisor.
7. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
8. Conduct yourself in a professional manner according to company policy.
9. Contribute to professional and team-friendly environment.
10. Efficiently and professionally communicate with personnel and kitchen personnel.
1. Empty and wash all garbage cans and see that liners are replaced.
11. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion should you need to assist in expediting and serving tables.
12. Ensure that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the entire restaurant at all times.
13. Ensure the quality and appearance of the food you serve meets restaurant’s standards.
14. Follow all applicable laws, health codes, rules, and procedures in food safety.
15. Have complete working knowledge of full beverage menus and food menus.
2. Keep the entire dishwashing area, machine, and racks clean and neat at all times. Make sure the entire area is cleaned prior to each change of shift.

17. Keep your station clean and set up with the required supplies at all times.
18. Know and demonstrate proper serving techniques for fine dining beverage and food presentation.

3. Make sure that the temperature of the water for washing and rinsing is above minimum at all times, and advise your supervisor immediately when the temperature drops below the minimum expected temperature of water.
