What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at Wisteria Gardens?
To provide meals as outlined in the menus in a sanitary and safe manner. To provide residents appropriate diets as prescribed by the physicians.
Preparing food involves such things as reading a recipe and menu, pouring and mixing large quantities of food, running a meat slicer, large food processor, blender and mixer as well as opening large cans. Also should be able to use safety when using sharp knives and lifting large amounts of groceries.
This is not the only list of responsibilities. Employees will be responsible for performing and completing whatever tasks are given to he/she by the dietary supervisor.
