Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the site, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee RMA processes, ensuring efficient handling of product returns and repairs to minimize downtime and customer dissatisfaction.
- Coordinate between various functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including brand customers and internal teams.
- Ensure product quality meets market demand and launch schedules.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational processes, including RMA workflows, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in ICT engineering roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in overseas site operation management, with specific experience in RMA or repair-related operations.

Education:
