Custodial Job Coach
Part Time Evenings: Monday through Thurs 4:00 to 8:30 PM, Friday 11:30-8:30 PM.
Witco is seeking a Custodial Job Coach to provide coaching, training, and job support to a team of custodial workers with disabilities.
Summary: This position is responsible for providing transportation, custodial training, and providing support to workers with disabilities who perform custodial work at public buildings.

Incorporated since 1974 we were one of the original disability organizations dedicated to serving people with disabilities in the local community. Witco is proudly one of few organizations to retain a not-for-profit status since its beginnings over 50 years ago.
Essential duties include:
- Teach and develop work skills to people with disabilities, and step in as needed to provide hands-on custodial functions ensuring the facility is left clean and maintained as outlined by the contracts.
- Coach and mentor the custodial team and ensure they perform the job, efficiently, effectively, with appropriate attitudes, and job-retaining behavior.
- Conduct assessments, monitor and document participating worker progress.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
