Bartender

Wild Turkey Brand House Bartenders will support the Brand House team and Bar Supervisor in all Wild Turkey Brand House Cocktail program operations.

Bartenders assist the Bar Supervisor and Operations manager by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the brand house cocktail program. Bartenders help create an environment that promotes positive communication and a passion to bring sales growth to the brand.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Works directly with the Brand House Management team to support day to day operational needs Tends to guests through the production of menu cocktails and education on Wild Turkey and Russell’s Reserve products Assists in processing and managing inventory Performs store opening and closing duties Stocking bar inventory as needed Maintains a clean work space Preps backbar, batches, and cocktail ingredients for service

Delivers excellent customer service Greets and serves customers Learn the portfolio and can speak extensively on all aspects related to Brand House offerings Assists guests in choosing cocktails Processes cash and card payments Maintains clean bar and guest area

Contributes to the growth of the company through a successful team Utilizes product knowledge, and communication skills to help prepare and serve Fosters a pleasant working environment supporting positive and efficient team operations

Cultivates a safe working environment and follows all health and safety requirements Acts responsibly, at all times, concerning the consumption of any alcoholic beverages Maintains STAR certification and follow protocols to ensure no one underage can purchase or consume cocktails Ensures store is kept neat and tidy throughout shift Becomes familiar with all safety and crime-proofing protocols, including watching for suspect behavior and reporting it as soon as possible

• Other duties as requested Required Experience

• 3 years of experience in bar/spirits industry

• Developed knowledge of whiskey

• Experience with cocktail preparation and service

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to process sales and payment in Point of Sale system Skills Functional:

• Must be able to repeatedly lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach Enthusiastic and friendly in nature

• Excellent communication skills, must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people

• Manages competing priorities

• Strong organizational skills

• Able to reliably commute to Wild Turkey Visitor Center located in Lawrenceburg, Kenctucky

• Able to attend one hour remote online meeting every two weeks Technical:

• Comfortable with computers and technology

• Familiarity with Point of Sale and ticketing Software Schedule:

• 9 AM to 5 PM Wednesday through Sunday weekly

• Select event hours (advanced notice provided) Job Type: Contract Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Additional ongoing training in spirits, cocktail technique, and professional development provided.
