About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a keen eye for design and a passion for the luxury jewelry space. As a member of our dynamic, fast-paced team, you will work closely with our Creative Director and branding team in New York to create stunning visuals that resonate with our brand aesthetic. Your focus will be on creating eCommerce and web assets (including emails, banners, social ads, and site content), with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles for eCommerce sites. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, eager to contribute to high-visibility projects, and have a passion for creative problem-solving. This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
● Develop and execute creative concepts and layouts for marketing emails, promotions, social campaigns, banners, websites, and print materials.
● Collaborate with in-house creative, marketing, and merchandising teams, as well as external agencies, to meet project objectives, ensure brand consistency, and adhere to deadlines.
● Maintain brand consistency and quality across all media platforms.
● Assist with the development and management of photo and file management systems for ongoing projects.
● Create and maintain templates and guidelines to ensure compliance with the brand’s visual standards.
● Partner with cross functioning teams to design compelling, visually appealing campaigns for all marketing channels.
● Provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping them create templates and design guidelines for ongoing campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
● BFA or equivalent degree in Graphic Design.
● 3 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
● Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and photo editing/retouching.
● Experience with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design and web layouts.
● Strong motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva).
● Experience designing for digital marketing (eCommerce, email, social media ads).
● Knowledge of social media trends and content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to create polished, high-quality visuals.
● Ability to collaborate across teams and manage projects to meet deadlines.
