What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at With Grace Care Specialists?
A wonderful family is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to help maintain their home. Someone trustworthy, efficient, and proactive in keeping the home organized and running smoothly. The position is three days per week, with flexible scheduling (the earlier, the better). Hours will vary depending on tasks, with some days being longer if working on an organizational project.

Rate: $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Full housekeeping, including deep cleaning and general maintenance
- Laundry for a household of six (two older children will soon be out of the home)
- Changing sheets weekly
- Closet and home organization as needed
- Rotating cleaning schedule (e.g., one day focused on laundry, another on deep cleaning, etc.)
Household Details:
- Family: Two parents, four children (ages 10, 1, and two older children – one in college, one finishing high school)
- Home size: 5 bedrooms (one used as a closet)
- Bathrooms: 3 full, 2 half
- No pets
Requirements:
We are looking for dedicated and professional housekeeper who possess:
- 3 years of experience as a housekeeper, particularly in a family setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
