POSTED ON 2/9/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/8/2025

At  Witham Family Hotels , we are looking for a  Facilities Director  to oversee the maintenance operations across our properties and coordinate off-season renovation projects. At this time, the portfolio consists of 7 lodging properties, numerous housing units, and a company office building. The Facilities team includes a Housing Maintenance crew, a master electrician, a HVAC technician, and a heating & plumbing technician. Offseason renovation projects typically range between $2M - $5M in total. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards while providing leadership and support to our maintenance teams.

This role includes a  structured transition period —you will work closely with our current Facilities Director for approximately one year (or longer, as needed) to learn our hotels, procedures, and institutional knowledge, with the opportunity to assume full leadership of the department once the transition period is complete.
