At Witham Family Hotels , we are looking for a Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance operations across our properties and coordinate off-season renovation projects. At this time, the portfolio consists of 7 lodging properties, numerous housing units, and a company office building. The Facilities team includes a Housing Maintenance crew, a master electrician, a HVAC technician, and a heating & plumbing technician.
