As a Maintenance Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests by keeping the property in top condition. From routine maintenance tasks to troubleshooting and repairs, your skills will help uphold our reputation for excellence.

This full-time, year-round position offers a starting wage of $20 per hour. The schedule typically includes weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, common areas, and hotel equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and workshops.
• Assist with seasonal property projects, including groundskeeping and winterization.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:

• General knowledge of maintenance practices, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Education and Experience:

• Previous maintenance experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Performance Measurement:

• 90-day performance review, task completion, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
