This full-time, seasonal position offers a starting wage of $20 per hour. This position requires workingevenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, common areas, and hotel equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and workshops.
- Assist with seasonal property projects, including groundskeeping and winterization.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements:
- General knowledge of maintenance practices, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Education and Experience:
- Previous maintenance experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Performance Measurement:
- 90-day performance review, task completion, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
