This full-time, seasonal position offers a starting wage of $20 per hour. This position requires workingevenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, common areas, and hotel equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and workshops.
• Assist with seasonal property projects, including groundskeeping and winterization.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:

• General knowledge of maintenance practices, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Education and Experience:

• Previous maintenance experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Performance Measurement:

• 90-day performance review, task completion, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
