Athletic Trainer

Job Summary Responsible for planning and performing high quality Athletic Training for the student athletes. Spends approximately 90% of time in direct and related student athlete activities and possibly 10% of time in patient care of rehab department related activities.

Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements

• Bachelors of Athletic Training degree.
• Current licensure and in good standing by the State of Indiana.
• Board of Certification (BOC), Inc. Athletic Trainer Certification.
• CPR certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a school setting.
  
  

Upon employment and yearly thereafter, must complete mandatory inservices. Must be knowledgeable of disaster and Safety procedures. Will review the Rehab Services Department policy and procedures every two (2) years. Shall be CPR certified in Basic Life Support, Course “C”.
