Job Summary
Witham Health Services advocates that all employees live their lives optimally. This position is responsible for assisting in facilitating and implementing a wellness program for internal and external participants. Emphasis is on health screening, health coaching, participant education, and evaluation of program effectiveness. This position will work closely with others to attain goal achievement. This position must remain flexible in hours worked to ensure overall participation in health fairs, health seminars, lifestyle management groups, one-on–one consultations, and exercise clubs.
Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on wellness, health or community education or five years of experience in the health and wellness field.
