Job Summary
Directs and supervises the daily operations of physician offices. Directs assignments and activities of personnel. Evaluation of personnel’s job performance, as well as evaluation of prospective employees. Under the direction and guidance of the Executive Director listed above the position with help supervise and coordinate actions necessary to analyze, develop, and expand physician practices as outlined in the strategic plan. This includes the development and startup of new practices as well as new services within existing practices.
Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements
- High school graduate with experience in a supervisory position preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Management (Supervisory) experience in a medical office setting to include administrative functions such as scheduling, billing, etc.
- Computer medical records experience a plus with the ability to generate electronic reports.
