Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 year of experience in asset management, data analysis, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in water/wastewater infrastructure (a plus but not required)
- Knowledge of capital planning, GIS mapping, hydraulic modeling, AutoCAD/Civil3D (a plus but not required)
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to travel up to once a month for site visits, meetings, or project support as needed
- IAM certification (a plus but not required)
