WithersRavenel has an exciting Client Experience Manager opportunity for proven Project Management professionals to lead client engagement and project delivery for municipal clients throughout the North Carolina market. The WithersRavenel Client Experience team serves as the liaison between WR’s clients and WR’s project delivery teams through collaboration and relationship building, while also serving as the technical subject matter expert when needed.
As a member of the Client Experience team, you will contribute to WR’s continued success and growth by:
- Maintaining and growing high-value relationships with existing municipal clients
- Working effectively with project teams, key internal and external stakeholders, and support staff to ensure successful and client focused project delivery
- Creating and realizing client specific engagement plans, journey mapping, etc.
- Managing client specific account plans, sales and revenue projections, and feedback initiatives
- Developing and managing proposal efforts, business development strategies, and presentations
- Leading contract negotiations including scope, fee, terms and conditions, etc.
- Coordinating with WithersRavenel's Growth and Delivery teams to expand market share across targeted Clients and regions
- Leading select projects within his/her technical area(s) of expertise
- Monitoring project health, adherence to QA/QC procedures, etc. and mentoring junior staff
- Remaining actively engaged in community, professional societies, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in related field and municipal experience (City/County Management, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Professional Engineer, or ability to obtain registration within six months
- 10 years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience
- Proven experience in winning and managing municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, asset management, and planning projects in the North Carolina market
- Public sector business development experience at local and regional levels
- Existing relationships within the North Carolina municipal market
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Federal and State level funding agencies and programs
- Ability to work flexible hours and attend events outside of normal working hours
- Alternative delivery experience
