We have an immediate opening for a talented, experienced and detail oriented Design Project Manager. As an interior design firm with a fast paced office in San Diego, we work with national builders in Northern/Southern California and Arizona on model homes for new home developments and multi-family amenity spaces. Our team designs and collaborates with our clients to produce a dynamic interior vision that matches their ideal buyer demographic.
DESIGN, TECHNICAL & MANAGEMENT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to create dynamic interior designs by conceptualizing interior creative vision using client programming to achieve desired results.
- Knowledge and experience necessary with client programming, scope of design services needed, and budgets (and ability to maintain them)
- Interior finish selections, specifications, construction and installation methods
- Proficient and comprehensive knowledge of architectural drawings, construction documents, written specifications, with ability to produce such documents for execution of WIN designs
- Track record for managing projects individually, or managing a small team, while working quickly and effectively within project timelines to achieve phased deadlines while meeting both FF&E and labor budgets.
- Project site coordination and ability to work directly with construction trades. To include RFI’s, management and approvals necessary
- Oversee and manage multiple projects through all phases, individually or managing a team, to include conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and project administration.
- Manage and lead design team and install company at project installations, both in and out of San Diego, and perform steps to ensure company brand integrity and quality control. (Travel is required)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited interior design program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
