Within Reach is looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to provide direct support to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Our agency provides a range of services for individuals based on their needs in their home and/or community. This includes but is not limited to personal care, domestic household services, personal appointments, medical appointments, vocational services, community activities, supervision within the home, and other tasks based upon their individual goals. *This position will require use of personal vehicle.
Hours are dependent on the idividual's needs. Currently we are hiring for the Bridgeport/Fairfield area.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- One to three years of experience in human services or relevant field experience preferred.
- Experience with behavioral individuals is preferred
- Flexible and energetic
- Multitasking
- Communication with individuals in a supportive tone
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation with active car insurance.
- Must be comfortable transporting individuals in personal vehicle
- Must be comfortable working in the community
- Must be comfortable working in residents' homes
- Ability to pass criminal history background check, DMV record check, Abuse & Neglect Registry Check, and Sex Offender Registry Check
License:
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Current vehicle registration and insurance (Required)

Pay: $18.00 per hour. Pay will be commensurrate with expierence and the individual.
