Chief of Staff - Remote (US Based)

What You'll Do : As the CEO's trusted partner, you'll translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, oversee key strategic projects, and bring organization and clarity to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll handle high-priority initiatives, provide insights through in-depth research, and support effective internal and external communications. This role is fully remote with quarterly travel, and may require flexibility for after-hours availability.
What You'll Bring :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10 years of professional experience in high-growth environments
- 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff or managerial role in high-growth environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and influence across departments
- A proactive mindset to anticipate and resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and hold stakeholders accountable
