Withum’s Forensic and Valuation Services practice pride themselves in understanding their clients’ business strategy and needs. We are currently seeking a Forensics Principal to join our Investigative and Corporate Intelligence Services Team in our Red Bank, Princeton, or East Brunswick office. This individual will focus on helping clients make informed decisions regarding background investigations, due diligence, internal and external investigations, white-collar criminal litigation, and commercial litigation. Our team is comprised of former federal agents, private investigators, accountants, and data analysts. In addition to having the necessary investigative experience, we would like this individual to have responsibilities in the area of business development and engagement management, oversight of staff and sub-contractors, as well as ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. We would also like this individual to have testifying experience, and/or a desire to become a testifying expert witness.

Responsibilities
- Business development, including internal and external marketing
- Investigation and due diligence; including drafting of reports
- Engagement management
- Staff coaching, mentoring and development
- Staff utilization
- Innovation of efficient solutions for service offerings
- Master's degree or Law degree
- CFE, CFF, or CPA credential preferred
- Minimum of 10 plus years investigative experience
- Excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills
- Market facing, business development skills
- Strong ability to build a business segment
