We are seeking an Economic Damages Senior Manager to join our Forensic and Valuation Services Group ("FVS Group"). The Economic Damages Senior Manager can be based out of any of the following office locations : Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Orange County, CA. Our team is comprised of specialized economic damages and business valuation experts who provide affirmative and rebuttal reports related to contract disputes, lost profits, intellectual property infringement, license infringement, business interruption, wrongful termination and general business disputes. The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting required
- CPA License required
- ASA, ABV or CVA credential preferred
- CFE or CFF credential a plus
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years experience in economic damages and / or business disputes with at least 5 years of managing an economic damages, business disputes team
- Testifying experience a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills
- Market facing, business development skills

In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
