BECOMING OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR :
Schedule :
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 7 : 15 AM to 5 : 15 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break at noon. You'll also open the shop 15 minutes early and occasionally stay 15 minutes late to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Day-to-Day :
As our Automotive Service Advisor, you'll greet customers with a smile, answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep our front desk running smoothly. You'll listen to customers' concerns, understand their needs, and work with the team to provide the best solutions. When challenges arise, you'll tackle them head-on, helping your coworkers and customers alike. Throughout the day, you'll juggle tasks, stay organized, and ensure every customer feels valued. Your role will be vital in keeping our auto repair shop efficient, professional, and customer-friendly.
