Job Summary
The Showroom Associate is responsible for driving retail sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. In addition, Associates are responsible for stocking the showroom shelves, ensuring showroom is clean, conducting inventory, etc. Interacts daily with with local law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS professionals to assist them in product selection.
This full-time position requires associates be on-site five days a week including weekend and evening availability. Work hours are 8 am - 5 pm.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Providing excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by greeting customers, assessing customers’ needs, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.
- Processing POS (point of sale) purchases, orders and returns.
- Following and achieving store’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Remaining knowledgeable on products offered.
- Assisting with keeping the showroom stocked, organized and arranged/displayed properly.
- Complying with inventory control procedures.
- Elevating complaints/issues to management in a timely manner.
