Provide critical analysis of the business requirements for Duck Creek DMS
platform.
Implement best practices and guidelines for the configuration of Duck Creek
Distribution Management System (DMS).
Develop and maintain integration components such as Accurate Background
Service, DocuSign, and address validation web services.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand functional needs and
translate them into technical specifications.
Perform Code Review and troubleshooting for application issues.
Collaborate with client teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Required Skills:
2-4 years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek DMS configuration.
Proficiency in Java, Duck Creek DMS XML, SSIS (DMS ETL) and XML.
Experience in integrating Duck Creek DMS with external systems using
SOAP/REST APIs, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and experience in database
design for Duck Creek DMS platform.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with Octopus, GitLab and Jenkins to configure CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance domain, specifically Agency Management.
Knowledge of Duck Creek Policy or Clarity is a plus.
Certification in Duck Creek Configuration.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with offshore
and onshore teams.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
