- High school Graduate or GED equivalent
- A working knowledge/understanding of the Department of the Navy (DON) administration systems, administrative systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, instructions, or other established guidelines.
- Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension, scope of work involved, to compile data from multiple sources, to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
- Must be able to communicate orally and in writing, utilizing a high degree of tact and diplomacy, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively discuss matters with government employees, contractors, and military personnel of all levels.
- Must be able to work independently and professionally after given general guidelines of a task.
- Must possess skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (to include Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Familiarity with Adobe Pro for creating and editing forms and electronic documents. SharePoint skills and familiarity preferred.
- Must complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner on or ahead of scheduled due dates.
- Must have a minimum of 12 months of successful professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Administrative support, training and education, and/ or customer service.
- Experience may be in the civilian sector, but Federal government experience in this area is preferred.

- Task Heading.It is the responsibility of the CPPA to ensure all documents and information required to provide Sailor personnel or pay support are relayed to the appropriate supporting organization via the current authorized process and per applicable policies governing timeliness standards.
- The Contractor support personnel shall maintain a vast array of administrative forms and files.
- The responsibilities and products detailed under this task are all individually subject to audits and inspections conducted within the Strategic Systems Program Inspector General’s Inspection. Administrative support tasks shall include updating/verifying/maintaining administrative reports and data, receiving and forwarding official Naval message traffic for service members, compiling and reporting various information, drafting appointment letters for review, and processing and tracking command awards for Navy personnel.
- The Contractor shall conduct acheck-in activities for new SWFLANT personnel (checking-in all new military personnel into the command anadding member to databases,) and provide support for transferring of SWFLANT personnel (supporting SWFLANT personnel with scheduling transfer date, completing mandatory overseas transfer
- packet, completing special programs screenings, prepare and process incoming/internal/outgoing transfers, routing transfer packages through SWFLANT leadership for approval and forward completed transfer packages to TSC Pensacola). Contractor shall prepare and process military separations and retirements.
- Contractor shall process and track all command Awards for Navy Personnel and provide administrative support for personnel evaluations and fitness reports, including overseeing and maintaining the Command Evaluation program.
- The contractor shall prepare and process disciplinary review board documentation.
- The Contractor shall review and update Navy Bureau of Personnel (BUPERS) Online (BOL) overseas screenings and process inbound/outbound service members (updating service member status in electronic databases, processing members through Salesforce).
- The Contractor shall prepare and process verification and authorization letters for the accelerated advancement program, review individual qualifications for Good Conduct Medals utilizing Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) program and prepare certificates.
- Duties include coordinating/liaising with service members to correct personnel/pay issues utilizing Salesforce to forward correspondence and processing required documents to TSC Pensacola.
- The Contractor shall prepare various forms and forward to the requestor for review and action and draft official correspondence as requested.
- The Contractor shall maintain historical personnel files and utilize the NSIPS E-Leave program to process service member leave requests and input emergency leave requests.
- Duties include reviewing and recommending leave corrections as required, updating E-Leave as personnel transfers occur and verifying leave requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Additionally, the Contractor shall have access to Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS) to maintain and muster personnel in the event of an evacuation.
- Mail support tasks include processing incoming/outgoing official mail including sorting/addressing/packaging, processing incoming command- mail and ensuring accountable mail is processed, logged, and stored.
