Bachelors’ Degree
Work Experience Mandatory
Possess at least five (5) years of supervisory experience working with ISO 9001 quality standards systems (QSS) or equivalent quality system
Roles And Responsibilities
The On-Site Supervisor shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The On-Site Supervisor shall be on site and be one of the senior level employees provided by the Contractor for this work effort. During any absence of the On-Site Supervisor, only one alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to work performed under this Contract. The On-Site Supervisor and all designated alternates shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
The On-Site Supervisor shall be available by phone or email to the COR between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within two (2) hours of notification.
The On-Site Supervisor shall direct employee participation in the development, maintenance and administration of the USCG’s MLD MMS. As active participants in the workflow process, Contractor employees shall recommend process improvements that help improve accuracy and cycle time resulting in improved customer service.
