Work Experience Mandatory
Ten (10) years of program management experience which includes both technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance, providing contract data deliverables, and having oversight of contract schedule and cost.
Five (5) years of experience managing Federal Government programs/contracts. Experience with administrative oversight of contractual matters and serving as a liaison between the Customer Representative and corporate management.
Experience managing services simultaneously while supporting many projects. Experience organizing resources to support many concurrent activities.
Experience ensuring that all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract.

Roles And Responsibilities
PM shall provide the project control and contract administration necessary to manage a high volume, multiple task processes for a large, diversified team so that the cost, schedule, and quality requirements are tracked, communicated to the Government, and ultimately attained. The Contractor shall provide real-time monitoring of status/deliverables, tracking the quality of work products and gauging overall customer satisfaction.
PM shall be responsible for the selection, recruitment, hiring, management, control, transfer and/or termination of Contractor employees.
PM/technical lead shall provide assignment of duties to the Government. Any changes to personnel and management assigned to the contract shall be reported in writing or via email to the Government Program Manager and PCO at least ten (10) business days prior to effective date of action.
