- OpenText Content Server System Administrator Certification
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, six of which are specialized in concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with OpenText software.
- Six (6) years of experience in OpenText systems containing PII, PHI, and HIPPA information in a multi-tenant Government environment.
- Sensitivity Level: IT-I - Critical Sensitive
- IA Level: IAT-III
- Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, ten of which are specialized in concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with OpenText software.
- Ten (10) years of experience in OpenText systems containing PII, PHI, and HIPPA information in a multi-tenant Government environment.
Computing Environment:
- OpenText Content Server System Administrator Certification.
- System Administration of the ReadyDocs Solution (RDSYS).
- Develops technical solutions for large-scale OpenText Content Server, hardware, software, and complex interfaces.
- Identifies technical standards.
- Develops system requirements and program specifications for complex OpenText solutions. Integrates Content Server, App Works, Intelligent Capture, Ready™ Series and other required products for specialized functions with functional requirements to optimize solution for the customer.
- Designs, plans, and coordinates work within the teams.
- Provides technical support to project team members.
- Handles complex application features and technical designs, architects an end-to-end solution that will meet the business requirements.
- Designs and implements the components required for complex application features.
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist.
- Ensures the stable operation of the in-house OpenText, associated software systems and network connections.
- This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.
- Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues.
- Provides end user training.
- Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision.
- Will be required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location.
- Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications. Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance.
