We are seeking a talented Technical Lead (C , C#) to join our team at an Industrial Automation Conglomerate. If you have a strong background in advanced (C ; C#) programming, networking protocols, and cloud IoT platforms, we want to hear from you!
Experience: 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Skills:
- C# Expertise: Strong experience in coding, debugging, and designing with C#. Participate in code reviews and contribute as needed.
- C Familiarity: Basic knowledge of C is a plus, as there is a small wrapper involved.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and storypointing.
Duties:
- Planning: Lead 3-month iteration planning and continuous backlog grooming.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Product Manager to define epics and features; assist in closing sprints and conducting demos.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the overall design of the subsystem and become the go-to expert.
- Team Engagement: Collaborate with the Development Manager and regularly meet with the team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills:
- C# and C Expertise: Strong experience in coding, debugging, and designing.
