Associate Attorney

Witt, McGregor & Bourland, PLLC is a civil litigation/trial firm that also provides a range of business, transactional and estate planning services to its clients.

Seeking full-time litigation/trial attorney handling insurance defense work. The position will involve all aspects of litigation including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. 2-5 years of personal injury/insurance defense experience preferred.

Salary is competitive and depends on experience.
