We are seeking a full-time, on-site Driver Support Specialist. Some night and weekend shift coverage as needed.
As a Driver Support Specialist, you will coordinate, manage, and dispatch the schedules of our over-the-road truck driving team to ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
You will play an integral role in balancing driver pay, home time, safety, and retention.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate loads and dispatch drivers.
- Review logs and ensure our drivers adhere to DOT regulations.
- Coach drivers in various areas to ensure their safety and career development.
- Identify and solve potential, current, and ongoing driver-related issues.
- Communicate information to drivers and document calls.
- Develop professional relationships with drivers to increase retention.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills to clearly relay information to all involved parties.
- Technology skills, particularly in transportation management software and applications.
- Ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations.
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
- Knowledge of military time preferred.
- General math skills.
- Critical thinking.
- Empathetic and compassionate.
Experience or Training Required:
- Minimum of two years experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- 1-3 years of industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred, but not required.
