We are seeking hard-working and dependable individuals to join our landscape maintenance crews as Full-Time employees. As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing essential outdoor tasks including spring and fall cleanups and weekly mowing of both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal, debris hauling, and general property upkeep.
- Conduct weekly mowing of residential and commercial properties.
- Operate commercial lawn mowers and small landscaping equipment such as string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
- Work efficiently and safely with a team in outdoor environments.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail for all landscape maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work outside for 8-10 hours a day, Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturdays during spring and fall).
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, perform physical labor, and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance is a plus, but not required.
- Dependable and responsible with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
