Job Summary :
We have a position for an experienced Project Manager that will provide traditional project management support including planning, implementation and tracking of both electronic and physical security projects. This position will provide administrative, customer service and project account management. Ideal candidates will also have advanced reporting & data analysis skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field, PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is required.Experience :
10 year(s) business experience with demonstrated successful track record.Skills :
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in drafting project plans, managing tasks, time management, resources, review of drawings and managing budgets.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word) are required.Experience with Access, SQL, Sales Force, Crystal Reports or other advanced reporting / analysis platforms is preferred.Experience with vendor / subcontractor management and / or account management.Act as liaison for internal and external communicationsProject Management skillsParticipate in cross functional groups to develop and implement plan and goalsRESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple projects simultaneouslySet up and maintain tracking toolsReport progress weekly for each project to Director, Program Management / EngineeringCollaborate with Customer Advocates / Sales specific to each projectCoordinate scheduling with both internal and external customersFollow up with subcontractors, technicians, and regional managers regarding work progressEnsure submission of documents for timely billingManage existing sub-contractor relationshipsProvide detailed project updatesPromote a WBS positive attitude and image to the team and all sub-contractors by exampleProvide leadership and instill high company morale for all employees.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL-MENTAL FUNCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Able to properly carry 25 pounds or less occasionally.
