Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks around the facility, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed for specific tasks.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Familiarity with safety practices in a labor setting is a plus.
• License preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
