Order Processing Team Leader
Wittur USA is currently seeking full-time Order Processing Team Leader in Twinsburg, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the Order Processing team. This role will provide support on daily items concerning sales order processing to ensure group goals are met and will serve as a focal point for Sales, Engineering and other related departments on sales order issues.
Pay : $65,000-$75,000 / year, depending on experience

Responsibilities :
Supervise, lead and be part of daily activity of the order processing and warehouse team.Work with North American manufacturing to streamline order processes.Establish team goals and strategies for fulfilling these goals.Lead initiatives to achieve performance goals and track performance toward these goals.Provide performance feedback and performance appraisals to team members.Provide performance statistics for reporting purposes.Provide technical support and communication to internal / external customers.Recruit, hire and develop new team members.Assist team members with resolving issues.Provide world class customer experience by managing customer communication throughout the order process.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and champion projects outside the department.Other duties as assigned.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or license from an accredited institution and 3 – 5 years of proven organizational and project management skills within a manufacturing environment.Six Sigma or related training desirable but not required.Proficient in all MS Office applications and general ERP systems.CAD experience preferred but not required.Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills.Experience in Elevators business optimal but not required.Knowledge of VAT, kind of payments, pro-forma invoice, triangulation / transit price, check prices, INCOTERMS.If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume.
