Position Overview:
The Sales and Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving sales performance, and designing, implementing, and delivering training programs to enhance team skills and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:.

Training and Development:
- Conduct role-playing exercises, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and communication skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to integrate into training initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to improve results.
Leadership and Strategy:
- Set clear objectives, performance standards, and expectations for the sales team.
