Business Analyst III
Crown Castle is the nation's largest provider of shared communications infrastructure: towers, small cells and fiber. This infrastructure enables technologies that help people stay safe, connected and ready for the future.
The Business Analyst III will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, providing data-driven analysis, modeling, reporting and recommendations to enhance operational and customer analytics, leading to increased revenue and greater efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and deploys modeling, reporting, dashboards and analysis that drives insights into the business, including process improvements and new strategic ideas.
- Leads the process of examining, interpreting, and presenting results of modeling, reporting and analytical projects to business partners.
- Provides predictive and prescriptive analytics to the organization, engaging partnership with stakeholders.
- Pulls down and analyzes large amounts of complex data, investigates and researches anomalies, making recommendations on resolution around anomalies.
- Works cross-functionally with business partners and D&D to aggregate and analyze data, developing metrics that matter to support initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Business Analytics, Economics or related field.
- Five (5) years' of work experience with a proven data and analytical-driven mindset and track record for analyzing moderately complex problems and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, visualization tools and one or more coding/statistical languages and tools.
