What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiber Construction Coordinator position at Wiverse?
11-month contract, with potential for extension, or conversion to full-time, based on performance and client need.
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the fiber Network Construction team including creating PO’s, creating CM’s, reviewing invoices for accuracy, reviewing splice packages from Fiber Engineering, and fiber splicing within the assigned geographic area. The position will work with all team members on improving the quality of the billing processes, deliverables and the end-to-end splicing process. Common activities will involve area data identification, collection, analysis, and reporting; along with understanding operational business functions and processes. Each network construction team is expected to maintain open communication across all areas of the business and work as a unit with consistency while building, implementing, and restoring or maintaining services; cognizant of fostering the vision and values of Crown Castle. This position is accountable for delivering key KPIs for their area of responsibility including but not limited to OpEx spend, MTTR, % On-Time Install, fiber complete for small cell, and installed enterprise revenue.
Supports Network Construction Implementation team with assigned tasks, projects and could include, but is not limited to, the following: correspondence, administrative tasks (PO’s, CM’s & Invoicing), tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines, provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and submits purchase orders and processes contractor invoices for splicing functions.
- Assists with project financials and milestone management, such as forecasting, issuing and receiving on vendor POs, invoicing on customer POs, tracking and resolving past due invoices.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
- Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status.
- Develops progress reports, tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles.
- Assists with ad hoc reporting requests.
- Review splice packages and distribute as necessary
- Communicate with vendors concerning splicing work and Billing
- Order police for splicing activity
- Understanding service delivery and small cell requirements for close out packages.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
