What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Associate- (I9 Audit experience) position at WIVERSE?
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Perform data entry in HRIS.
- Process and audit for compliance personnel transactions (manually and electronic)
- Load all paperwork electronically into employee files for records retention.
- Customer service to managers, administrative staff and employees along with verbal verifications from outside sources.
- May provide support to other HR functional areas.
- Prepare reports, ensure consistency of processes and ensure proper interface and support of other HR systems.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws governing employment process.
Education:
Minimum Qualifications
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following:
- criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Banking, data entry, or HR experience
