Wixen Music Publishing, Inc. in Calabasas, CA seeks to add a numbers-oriented and analytically minded Royalty Analyst to join its team.

What you’d do...

• Analyze, review, and process incoming royalty statements
• Ensure proper set up in the royalty system
• Set up songs in royalty system
• Review music royalty statements for accuracy
• Income tracking and redirection
• Prepare third party royalty statements
• Prepare spreadsheet royalty analyses
• Correspond with royalty sources to obtain rate corrections and adjustments
• Retrieve and collate statements with payments
• Maintain organization of electronic files and folders
• Combine and format large electronic datasets
